Since 1960
The Heart of Our Family
Maria’s restaurant was first established in 1960 by Anthony and Madeline Napolitano. Today, celebrating over 65 years in business, Maria's is now led by their son, Anthony Napolitano.
Maria's has been more than just a restaurant; it has been a cornerstone of our community. We take pride in our heritage, serving up recipes passed down through generations while creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere that feels like home. Every meal we serve is a tribute to the family values that have defined our journey for decades.
FROM OUR KITCHEN TO YOURS
The Secret is in the Sauce
The same slow-simmered sauces that define our dinners can now grace your family table. Passed down through three generations of Napolitanos, our house-made sauces are bottled with love in small batches in Portland, Maine. You can now find Maria's signature flavors at our restaurant and local grocers around the state, including Hannaford, Miccuci's, Monte's Fine Foods, Pat's Meat Market, Market Basket and IGA in Cape Elizabeth.
